Secrets To A Blissful Pregnancy & Painfree Childbirth
Let’s get rid of the old wives tales
 For thousands of years, all kinds of negative talk, negative views, and ideas have been presented about pregnancy. Old wives tales abound of how difficult and painful it is for women to have children. Any sight of frustration or anger is equated with the behaviour of a pregnant woman. The idea of painful childbirth has been glamorised by the TV industry; everyday our children watch childbirth on TV dramatised as a thing of woe and pain. No wonder they grow up believing that childbirth will be painful for them.
In the churches ministers use painful childbirth experiences in their sermons, no wonder than that we all have grown up hearing and believing that childbirth will be painful as this portrays an idea that God wants the woman to suffer in childbirth. Yet a careful study of the bible teaches us that painful childbirth is a curse. Each time the Bible talks about painful childbirth it is equated to a curse.
Let’s take three scriptural examples:
Wail for the day of the Lord is near; it will come like destruction from the Almighty. Because of this all hands will go limp, every man’s heart will melt. Terror will seize them, pain and anguish will grip them; they will writhe like a woman in labour. They will look aghast at each other, their faces aflame, (Isaiah 13:6-8).
When you disciplined them, they could barley whisper a prayer. As a woman with child and about to give birth writhes and cries out in her pain, so were we in your presence, O Lord. We were with child, we writhed in pain, but we gave birth to wind, (Isaiah 26:16-18).
Why do you now cry aloud-have you no king? Has your counsellor perished that pain seizes you like that of a woman in labour? Writhe in agony, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in labour, for now you must leave the city to camp in the open field. You will go to Babylon; there you will be rescued. There the Lord will redeem you out of the hand of your enemies, (Micah 4:9-10).
What can we do? How do we start changing the negative ideas and beliefs we have about painful childbirth to positive so that men and women will change their views and ideas about pregnancy and childbirth? The first step is individual education. Each individual needs to renew their mind to know and understand that God never intended childbirth to be a painful experience but rather a blessing.
This are just some of God’s promises of easy childbirth:
No sooner is Zion in labour, then she gives birth to her children,”(Isaiah 66: 8).
“Before Zion travailed, she gave birth; before her labour pain came upon her, she was delivered of a male child,” (Isaiah 66: 7).
“The Hebrew women are not like the Egyptian women, they are quickly delivered, and their babies are born before the midwife comes to them,”(Exodus 1: 19).
You can see that the greatest desire of God’s heart is that all go well for us, even in pregnancy and childbirth. God wants every woman to know that her portion from him is blissful pregnancy and pain-free childbirth.

I praise the Father for His love and I thank Him for the privilege of giving this powerful truth to his beautiful daughters. Receive the blessing freely given to you and enjoy it. I want to pay this special tribute to mothers all over the world.
My dear sister, I bless God for your life. God’s desire for you is blissful pregnancy. Blissful pregnancy! What is blissful? The dictionary says blissful is complete happiness, paradise, and heaven. God created you as a woman to glorify him. You carry the Seed of the woman, Seed blessed by God. Pregnancy was ordained by God to be a time of happiness and physical stability for you. A heavenly experience. Unbearable pain, sickness and disease in pregnancy and childbirth are not your portion from the Lord. God created you to excel in everything you do even in pregnancy and child bearing; you are fearfully and wonderfully made and equipped for this assignment by your Lord. You are a mighty woman in the hand of God. You are a co -labourer with your Lord. You are a life giver. You are precious to your Lord and He says to you “my daughter I love you”. “I want your pregnancy to be a heavenly and paradise experience, as you receive my word, you will never suffer again in pregnancy or childbirth. Now taste and see that I am good”.
Always pray out the prayers in this book.
Please always open your mouth and speak out your prayers in faith. The Word of God creates as we speak it out of our mouth. So speak it out. The creative power is in the spoken Word.
